The Offseason: Improve lower body mobility
By Swingpal.com staff
Our new series, The Offseason, rolls on this week, as we continue to show you ways in which you can improve your golf game even if the weather has started to deteriorate where you live.
And once again this week, as will be the case for the next few weeks, we’ll be taking a look at how your fitness level can influence your golf swing in a negative way.
In this week’s video segment, Swingpal.com instructor Jim Williams will show you how to evaluate your lower body mobility.
If you struggle with a slide or a sway in your golf swing, it could be a swing issue that you’re dealing with that needs to be corrected.
There’s also, however, a good chance that you might have some flexibility issues in areas of your lower body that are keeping you from properly executing the golf swing.
Check out this video, try the tips and drills that Jim suggests and you’ll get some answers about where things stand with your lower body mobility.
