The Offseason: Slow down to make changes
By Swingpal.com staff
Throughout the month of November, our Offseason series focused on golf fitness and some of the things you can be doing at this time of year to improve in that area.
Today, however, we will start in a new direction, as our focus turns to the swing changes that you’ve been trying to make and how you can keep making progress even when the weather will keep you from the golf course or the driving range.
In this new video segment, Swingpal instructor Jim Williams shows you how you can continue to ingrain the swing changes that you’re trying to make in the comfort of your own home.
And the entire process starts with slowing everything down, as doing that will allow your body to truly understand what you’re trying to accomplish.
So watch this video and practice in this manner at home, and even if it’s snowing outside where you live, you can keep getting better!
Additional videos from The Offseason series:
Nov. 2: Evaluate your fitness level
Nov. 9: Improve lower body mobility
Nov. 16: Maximize your shoulder turn
Nov. 23: Stop coming over the top
Nov. 30: How to create more width
