The Practice Range: Getting your body loose
By Swingpal.com staff
Everyone who heads out to the golf course to play 18 holes or even to get in some quality practice time on the range does so with good intentions, especially as it relates to results, as playing well or hitting the ball well during practice sessions is the ultimate goal.
But more goes into that process than meets the eye, and one of the biggest mistakes that many golfers make is that they don't warm up their bodies properly before they even take that first swing.
If you try to hit balls or play without getting your muscles stretched and loose, not only are you going to be unable to swing to your full potential, you're also risking injury.
In the video above, Swingpal instructor Jim Williams tells you how you can effectively get your body ready so that you can perform at a high level.
Try his advice and you're likely to see improved results the next time you tee it up or have a serious practice session.
