The Practice Range: Shift your weight properly

One problem that many golfers deal with in their swings is how to shift their weight properly, and this is typically an issue in not only the backswing but the downswing as well.
Of particular concern, and a common problem among many players, is when most of the weight is still on the front foot at the top of the swing but then that weight actually move away from the target and to the back foot on the downswing.
This move will lead to all kinds of issues at impact and also will make it nearly impossible to generate much in the way of speed or power through the ball.
